1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the qqrp online gaming platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qqrp ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The qqrp Platform is operated by qqrp and licensed internationally to provide online casino games, sports betting, and lottery services. Our services are intended exclusively for users who are residents of Indonesia and who meet all eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use the qqrp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce this minimum age requirement in compliance with Indonesian gaming regulations. You may be required to provide government-issued identification (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk) to verify your age and identity before you can deposit funds, place bets, or withdraw winnings.
• Residency Requirement: You must be a current resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. Our services are designed exclusively for the Indonesian market and are not available to users located outside Indonesia at the time of account registration or gameplay.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Single Account Policy: You may register only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds and winnings.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal or restricted by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use the qqrp Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. You agree to provide your legal full name as it appears on your KTP, a valid email address, a secure password, your date of birth, and your residential address in Indonesia. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must notify qqrp immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to be authorized by you, and you will be held liable for any transactions, bets, or withdrawals made using your account credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

qqrp employs strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. You will be required to submit a clear, legible photo of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing your full name, date of birth, address, and photo identification. In some cases, we may request additional documentation such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or selfie holding your KTP to further verify your identity. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions, and your account may be suspended until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

qqrp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, created multiple accounts, colluded with other players, abused bonuses or promotions, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users. In the event of account termination for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, pending bets, and bonus funds without refund.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qqrp accepts deposits via Indonesian local banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Danamon. We also support e-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and we do not offer currency conversion services.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual transactions may be subject to banking system limits imposed by your financial institution. Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your account balance within seconds. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal is being made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name; (c) you have met all applicable wagering requirements on bonuses or promotions; and (d) your account is in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 2-5 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 24:00 WIB) for verified accounts. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed the following business day. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals (Rp 10.000.000 or more).

4.4 Withdrawal to Registered Payment Methods Only

For security and anti-money laundering compliance, all withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your legal name and matches the name on your KTP verification documents. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or accounts in names other than the registered account holder. You may be required to verify ownership of your withdrawal method by providing a bank statement, e-wallet screenshot, or other documentation showing your name and account number.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

qqrp offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotional material. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonuses are not withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 2.000.000 (100.000 × 20) before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

qqrp strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage, placing opposing bets to artificially inflate turnover, or any other behavior designed to manipulate bonus systems for profit without genuine risk. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and deposits forfeited, and their accounts will be permanently banned.

6. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

qqrp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. We recognize that for some individuals, online gaming can become problematic. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek help if gaming is negatively impacting their life, relationships, or finances.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools: (a) Deposit Limits - set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts; (b) Loss Limits - set maximum loss amounts per session, day, or week; (c) Time-Out Periods - temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; (d) Self-Exclusion - permanently or temporarily close your account for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent closure; and (e) Reality Checks - receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and your net win/loss.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the qqrp Platform are governed by specific game rules which are available within each game's information panel. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets. We use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. All RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed transparently for each game and represent long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds.

qqrp prohibits cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated betting scripts, exploitation of software bugs, and any other form of fraudulent play. We actively monitor gameplay for suspicious patterns and reserve the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if we detect cheating or fraudulent behavior. In the case of sports betting, we reserve the right to void bets on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqrp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, software errors, payment processing delays, account hacking due to your own negligence in maintaining credential security, or losses resulting from your own gaming decisions.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game outcomes, or the suitability of the Platform for your particular purposes. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, you acknowledge that technical issues, maintenance periods, and force majeure events may occasionally interrupt service. In the event of a system malfunction that affects game outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use and close your account. By continuing to use the Platform, you agree to release qqrp, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from all liability arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to qqrp's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and qqrp. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts having jurisdiction over qqrp's registered place of business, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such courts.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the qqrp Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game designs, trademarks, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of qqrp or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
